Until further advised:

To attend our clinic in person, patients must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.This does not apply if you have a valid medical exemption or a child under 12 years of age.  Unvaccinated persons will be offered telehealth or a designated after hours appointment.

On arrival at the clinic, all patients will undergo COVID-19 screening including temperature check and must provide proof of vaccination.

• Only the patient seeing the surgeon will be permitted into the clinic.
• In our attempt to reduce close contact. Only attend your appointment at the allotted time. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment.
• For children under the age of 16, only 1 parent or guardian will be permitted to attend the appointment. Additional children without an appointment will not be permitted into the clinic, make alternative arrangements prior to your child’s appointment. NQENT staff will not supervise additional children.
